It is a pleasure to present to you a new edition and new format of the ADVANCED DERMATOSCOPY COURSE, a technique that has revolutionized diagnosis in dermatology. After more than three decades since its first publications in the diagnosis of melanoma, this technique continues to advance with the description of new diagnostic criteria in tumors and other skin diseases, the development of the technology and its combination with other non-invasive diagnostic techniques and with the revolution of artificial intelligence in medicine, which will definitely affect our way of carrying out the diagnostic approach.
We present this advanced dermoscopy course, on this occasion, in hybrid format, with the purpose of responding to the need for continued training for the specialist. For this we have a team of international and national experts and a program with a large number of interactive sessions , games and practices for the discussion of selected cases. As in past editions, attendees will be able to present e-posters for discussion and voting to choose the winner will be among all attendees. For this, they have a website for the inclusion of cases.
In-person attendance is limited given the need to maintain the high quality of the course and the participation of students in in-person practices. As it is a hybrid format (in-person + virtual), the course will be carried out simultaneously for Europe and Latin America, therefore the schedules and activities have been adapted to this option. Once the course is finished, all the material will be available on the web for 3 months for those registered.
