On behalf of the International #Confocal Working Group (ICWG), we take great pleasure in inviting you to the 3rd World Confocal Congress taking place in the beautiful city of Barcelona as an on-site meeting with additional virtual access from 1st to 3rd June 2023.
This congress will provide a unique occasion for dermatologists, dermatopathologists, surgeons and other professionals , to participate in an interesting and updated scientific program which integrates the more relevant advances in “ in vivo and ex-vivo” #ReflectanceConfocalMicroscopy and complementary techniques such as LC-OCT, dermoscopy and other non-invasive diagnostic methods.
The first day of the program, Ex-vivo #ConfocalMicroscopy Day, is open to pathologists, dermatopathologists, surgeons and other medical specialists and researchers involved in fast diagnostics of cancer and other diseases. On the second and third days we will review the discoveries and state of the art in in vivo RCM and other non-invasive diagnostic techniques in dermatology. You will have also the opportunity to participate in special courses run by a distinguished international panel of experts in the field.
The congress will be held in an academic environment located in the remarkable historic building of Barcelona University’s Faculty of Medicine in the center of our lovely Mediterranean city.
